Paul’s Bio

Paul grew up in Iroquois, Ontario, a small town along the St Lawrence Seaway. Paul earned
Diplomas from Kemptville Agricultural College, Algonquin College and the University of Guelph and worked for thirty years in provincial housing, municipal land use, site planning and building permit application.

When Paul retired from Ottawa Community Housing, he held the position of Manager of Project Implementation responsible for a budget of over 20 million in construction retrofit projects. His extensive training and experience in project management, construction estimating, business law, negotiations and facilities management provides a solid foundation to compliment his knowledge and skills in real estate.

Paul enjoys family activities with his wife, three grown children, three grandchildren and two dogs. Time spent gardening, golfing and curling, keep him occupied outside of real estate hours.

Paul is committed to working hard to provide his clients with exceptional customer service. He considers listening to be the essential ingredient in understanding your real estate needs.


Sue’s Bio

Sue is an Ottawa native who resided in Almonte and Bells Corners in her younger years.  Sue
moved to Kanata where she purchased her first home and raised her son.

Sue has over 30 years sales experience in retail, manufacturing and electronics all of which helped her master her top notch negotiation and customer service skills.

Real estate is a relationship based business, and Sue strives to create client relationships built
on trust and confidence. Her ultimate goal is a business built entirely upon referrals from clients who are completely satisfied with the professional and caring service they received.  Sue is committed to customer service, professional integrity and market knowledge.

While she embraces technology as a tool to help her communicate with clients and market her listings, Sue believes in old-fashioned activities like answering her phone, listening carefully,  and being responsive to her clients, wants, needs, questions, and concerns.
